Trio

The Alafia Trio is an ensemble of two trumpets and keyboards: organ, piano, harpsichord and/or synthesizer. The group presents music from the Renaissance to the 21st century. Founded initially to present the standard trumpet and organ literature, the trio soon found its repetoire expanding through the adapting and arranging of music from more diverse sources such as the world of opera, orchestral music, 20th century music, Americana, the Broadway stage and film scores. The Alafia Trio is very proud of its unique repetoire.

The Alafia Trio enhances the music with an entertaining and informative narrative as part of their programs.
